The ten finalists will be notified via email by 21st October 2022.
The ten finalists will be posted a bottle of Pangur Poitín for their cocktail. They must then submit a video of them making the cocktail and explaining their reasoning behind the flavours and name. This video must be submitted by midday Friday 4th November. Ingredients and quantities must be stated clearly in the video and can be submitted via email also. More details on this will be provided to the ten finalists.
The Judges will recreate the cocktails for taste tasting and ease of making, with marks out of 10 awarded. So please ensure ingredients used are ready available.
Winners will be announced on Friday 11th November. This will be an in person event, with the location dependent on where the finalists are from. Killowen Distillery Ltd reserve the right to forgo the in person event if logistically not viable.
